Yesterday, Apple released the third developer beta versions of the operating systems iOS 15 and watchOS 8, which bring quite interesting news. By the way, this solves a problem that has been plaguing apple users for several months and makes working with their device very unpleasant. The new version brings the possibility to update the operating system even if the device has less free space. Until now, in these situations, a dialog box was displayed warning that the update could not be performed due to lack of space.

What's New in iOS 15:

According to the official documentation, even less than 500 MB should be enough for the mentioned installation, which is undoubtedly a great step forward. Although Apple did not provide any additional data, it is clear that with this step it is targeting users of older products, especially Apple users using the Apple Watch Series 3. If you are one of our regular readers, you surely did not miss our May article on this topic. This watch could practically not be updated, and Apple itself warned the user through a dialog box that in order to install the aforementioned update, the watch would have to be restored to factory settings.

Fortunately, we won't have to deal with these problems soon. The operating systems iOS 15 and watchOS 8 will be released to the public relatively soon, during the fall of this year. At the same time, we should probably wait already in September, when the systems will be released together with the new iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. The current third beta version of iOS 15 brings a number of other novelties, including, for example, improvements to the controversial design in Safari, when a change was made address bar position.
