Since the beginning of the week, Apple has released one new product every day. It was generally assumed that the long-awaited AirPower would also go on sale this afternoon. However, the debut of the wireless charger did not take place in the end. However, the arrival of AirPower is undoubtedly already around the corner, which has now been confirmed by a new, official image of the pad located on Apple's website.

Together with yesterday's premiere of the second generation of AirPods the company also updated the relevant section, which summarizes all information about the new headphones. However, during the update, the last mention of AirPower disappeared from the page, and with it the only available photo, which depicted the AirPods together with the iPhone X placed on a wireless pad. However, on the Australian version of the site, Apple has hidden a new photo of the charger it discovered today in the source code Michael Bateman.

The new image is significantly more current than the previous one and confirms to us that Apple will launch AirPower in the near future. Together with the new AirPods, the photo shows the iPhone XS, i.e. the newest phone in Apple's range. There is also a special interface that appears on the display just when the phone is placed on the mat together with another device. Engineers allegedly had a problem with the function that will allow the iPhone to check the charge status of other products through special software in the pad.

The start of AirPower sales is coming they confirm also codes in iOS 12.2. From those, we even learn more details about how the pad will work and that the primary device for checking the charge level of other products will be the iPhone, specifically the model with the largest display. AirPower could thus have its premiere at Monday's Keynote, where Apple will present, among other things, a new streaming service. The mat could go on sale at the beginning of April, maybe even next week.
