There are a number of apps in the App Store that can help you plan your day. Reminders from Apple is, however, a simple but at the same time perfect tool, which also fits perfectly into the Apple ecosystem without the need to install additional programs. We'll show you 5 tricks that will make using Reminders even more enjoyable.

Synchronization with other accounts

If you're limited to the Apple ecosystem, all your lists and reminders are synced between your devices via iCloud. But if you're using a Windows computer, for example, syncing to iCloud won't help you. To add another account to your iPhone, open the app Settings, tap the option Passwords and accounts and select the icon here Add Account. You will see a list of providers. If you don't find the one you need, click on the option below Other. Log in to your account here. After signing in, the app will ask you what you want to sync with your account. In some cases, an option will appear Reminders – just activate this option and you're done, reminders from a certain account will be synchronized.

Setting the default list

If you create Reminders on Apple Watch or don't add them to lists, they automatically appear in the Reminders list that's in iCloud. To change this setting, move to Settings, select a section Reminders and tap on Default list. You can simply choose the one you want to use.

Reminders based on your location

Sometimes you might want your phone to send you a notification when you arrive at a certain location. Use can be found, for example, at work or at school. If you want to make it happen, create a reminder and click on the icon Place. Here you can choose from When getting into the car, When getting out of the car or Custom. When you've made your choice, tap All done. However, the biggest drawback of this feature is that it does not support third-party services. You must have a reminder stored in iCloud to use this feature.

Daily reminders

In Reminders, you can set the time for which you schedule them fairly easily, but this does not apply to the watch application. In addition, it is sometimes useful not to have a reminder set for a specific time, but for the whole day. In order to have an overview of all-day reminders, you can set at what time you will receive a notification about them. Open the app again Settings, choose Reminders a turn on switch Today's announcement. Then you simply set the time.

Adding photos and documents

If you want to add an attachment to your comment, there is a simple solution. After creating a reminder, tap Fotky and choose from the options Take a photo, Photo Library or Scan a document. When taking a photo, just tap on after taking the photo use a photo when selecting from the library, you just click on the photo you need, if you want to scan the document, just click on after scanning Save the scan and then on Impose. But again we come to the limits of Reminders, when this function is only available for reminders on iCloud.
