TV+ offers original comedies, dramas, thrillers, documentaries and children's shows. However, unlike most other streaming services, the service no longer contains any additional catalog beyond its own creations. Other titles are available for purchase or rental here. This week is graced by the anticipated premiere of the Sundance hit, Cha Cha Real Smooth. But Apple also confirmed the continuation of several of its successful series.

Cha Cha Real Smooth

Andrew, a 22-year-old college graduate still lives in his apartment in New Jersey and doesn't have very clear plans for the future. He therefore starts working as a guide for bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah celebrations, where he develops a unique friendship with a young mother and her teenage daughter. This is a film that Apple bought again at the Sundance festival, thanks to which it won, for example, the Oscar-winning film In the Rhythm of the Heart. You can find out for yourself if this film can have similar ambitions, because it premiered on the platform on Friday, June 17. So if you don't have any plans for tonight, it's an obvious choice.

swagger

The prodigy basketball player must deal with all kinds of stressful situations to overcome adversity and learn what it means to have true courage. NBA star Kevin Durant also collaborated on the series. You can already find the entire first season on the platform, but Apple has now confirmed work on a sequel. In the second season, the main protagonists will search and discover what it means to be a champion on and off the court, while of course it will still be about playing basketball. The premiere date has not yet been set.

schmigadoon

Schmigadoon is a fairly original parody of iconic musicals. The story follows a couple played by actors Cecily Strong and Keegan-Michael Key on a trip to rekindle their relationship together. They visit a town that is stuck in the 40s and cannot leave it until they find true love. But this wilderness, difficult for some to digest, won the hearts of many viewers and critics, as it was awarded the AFI Award and nominated for the Critics Choice Award. Now Apple has confirmed that it will return to Apple TV+ in its sequel, said to be "with new and original musical numbers". But we probably know what to expect from it, just watch the trailer for the first series below. Even in this case, the premiere date has not yet been determined in any detail.

Snoopy and his show

The world's most famous dog is once again ready to become the center of attention. This beagle has very ambitious dreams, which he will start realizing in the second series. Of course, there will also be a complete set of Peanuts. The new episodes are released on August 12, so they will make the holiday season more enjoyable for children. That is, of course, if they skip the subtitles.
