TV+ offers original comedies, dramas, thrillers, documentaries and children's shows. However, unlike most other streaming services, the service no longer contains any additional catalog beyond its own creations. Other titles are available for purchase or rental here. In this article we will look together at the newly released trailers for the upcoming series as well as the Servant case.

In less than ten years, WeWork has grown from a coworking space to a global brand worth $47 billion. But it also fell by 40 billion within one year. What happened? That's what Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway will tell us. This star-studded series, which also revolves around a love story, will premiere on March 18 and is inspired by true events. Apple has just released its second trailer.

Pachinko

The extensive Pachinko family saga began filming in October 2020 (although Apple has been working on its development since 2018) and was based on the bestseller by Min Jin Lee. It depicts the hopes and dreams of a Korean immigrant family after they leave their homeland for the US. It stars Oscar winner Yuh-Jung Youn, Lee Minho, Jin Ha and Minha Kim. The premiere is already scheduled for March 25, which is why Apple also published the first trailer.

The Servant case

The Court of Appeal decided that Francesca Gregorini, i.e. the director of the film The truth about Emanuel from 2013, may continue legal proceedings against Apple and Servant series director M. Night Shyamalan. The lawsuit, which she originally filed at the beginning of 2020, claims that "The Servant" not only stole the plot of the film, but also imitated production and camera techniques. Both of these works focus on a mother who takes care of a doll as if it were a real child, and later develops a strong bond with the nanny hired to care for her.

However, the case was soon dismissed when Judge John F. Walter declared that Servant was not sufficiently similar to Emanuel. However, the Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the director. He submits that the earlier rejection was incorrect because opinions can differ widely on the question of substantial similarity. In the original lawsuit, the director demanded damages, a ban on further production, the withdrawal of all content from distribution, and even its destruction, and, of course, punitive damages. So if you haven't seen the series yet, you should do so, because soon you might not have the chance.
